Today we have Ashland-The Henry Clay Estate. The house speaks for itself. What a stunner, huh? And an absolutely gorgeous venue to have a wedding. ;–) The property in the back of the house is wide open perfect for a white tent. They also have a majestic garden area. If you are looking for a venue that you can have the ceremony and the reception Henry Clay would be perfect.
I’m sort of obsessed with barns, horses and just farm animals in general. So when I was driving around Kentucky seeing horses everywhere I HAD to stop. When I say stop, I mean pulling off to the side of the road, turning on the hazard lights just to get a few photos. I am so glad I did. Ah, I love these photos!
If you are looking for a beautiful colonial type location for your wedding, Asbury College is perfect. Estes Chapel; quaint and full of light, is where they hold the weddings. You can’t complain with their campus grounds either. It’s gorgeous with every corner being picturesque.
